Bookings & Cancellation Policies

In order to secure all appointment times, we may require up to a $100 deposit that will either be deducted from the total service amount after the commencement of your treatment or held as a deposit for your next appointment when rebooking. A minimum of 24-48hours notice must be given prior to rescheduling appointments otherwise the deposit will not be refunded and shall occur as a cancellation fee. Another option is to leave credit card details to secure all future appointments with us. No shows will be charged the full booked service amount. We will not except any future bookings and may take legal action if cancelation fees have not been met.
